About L’Abarset

Even if you’ve never been to L’Abarset, you’re sure to have heard of it. Over time it honed its well-earned reputation, and is now back with a renewed energy. It may have changed location, but its identity and the people behind it are the same as always. L’Abarset is back to pick up where it left off. We’re back and hope to make you feel even more alive!

The concept

The concept

The new L’Abarset maintains the spirit of the former venue and enhances it with a new concept that fuses leisure, music and fine dining. Everything is designed to offer you a venue that can be adapted to suit any occasion; a versatile, eclectic space that will build on the L’Abarset experience. A restaurant open all day with a quality menu, a terrace ready to host the best international artists and a VIP area to cater for those seeking a more premium experience. A renewed concept that maintains the values that underlined the identity of L’Abarset when it was first opened.

Our story

Our story

The story of L’Abarset and Grandvalira began in the 2011–2012 season. For the first time, the Grandvalira team decided to pour its energy and enthusiasm into a small restaurant at the foot of the El Tarter slopes. Starting off small at first, the après-ski parties slowly began, and over the years it carved out its own place. Evenings in L’Abarset then came to a stop in March 2020. The evenings were never again to return to the same location. Ten years after we first began, we’ve nurtured the spirit with which L’Abarset was conceived, and we’ve begun the transformation to become a unique experience combining leisure, music and fine dining.
